One of the main reasons I purchased my condo was because it has a fireplace. For all the years that the kids and I lived in our home, we enjoyed the fireplace. My condo in H'town did not have a fireplace and I missed it alot. Now I have one and I use it as much as possible. At least in the fall and winter. Summer, it's just a decoration....but at the first hint of cold weather, I start it up. Next to the marina, I enjoy the warmth and cozy feelings that the fire gives me. Makes my condo feel like home. and that's a very nice feeling.
Today's thought from Carl Sandburg "Our lives are like a candle in the wind". I know Elton John used these words in several songs, but it felt good for me for tonight. Enjoy your weekend...:-)
