This is an exception to my usual Gray Matter Sunday. A friend sent this to me by email and I checked it out on Snopes.com before using it. It is a reprint of Ben Steins article/appearance on CBS Morning News. At this time of the year I thought it particularly important, especially with the status of the world and the USA. For those not familiar with Mr. Stein, a he is a lawyer by training, was a speechwriter for President Nixon and has authored numerous novels and non-fiction efforts. He has appeared with Shaq (basketball hero) on television recently and makes many guest appearances on t.v.
