Darling daughter arrived yesterday. Thrilled to have her here for a few days. We started off with lunch at the best bargain in Conroe - the Incredible Pizza. Then home to relax for a few minutes, off to the Club for the annual holiday party, which was lovely and the food delicious. The new Club House is bedecked with holiday decorations and people were festive and having a great time. Then we headed to the very late, late show and saw Burlesque. It was terrific and if you want a rocking, fun, loud, musical with lots of beautiful people (CHER was fantastic) and entertaining, check this film out during the holidays. We arrived home about midnight and Darling Daughter is still tucked in a warm and cozy bed. More adventures today. Today's thought on CHER from me - She is like a fine wine, growing more beautiful and graceful with age and boy-oh-boy, can she still sing and dance with the best of them. You go girl!"
