A good day's workout....



My new hangout - in conjunction with my New Year's Resolution.  Making SNAP (gym) a 3 day a week stopping off place, I am really feeling better, clothes are fitting better and I enjoy the people that I'm meeting there.  All kinds of new friends, old  and young.  All with one purpose of feeling better and being good to oneself.  They have a program called Boot Camp - which is for the strong and crazed - but I just go and do my 50 minutes and that's that!  So far, so good with the New Year's Resolution - into the 4th month of the year and I'm still mentally "in sync" with what I planned.  Gold star for me today!

  1. 3x a week is really terrific and motivating. Keep up the good, healthy workouts! The best part is how clothes fit better after a few workouts- at least for me. Keep going!
